Terms of Service
The agreement between you and PV0T for using the Service.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between you and PV0T OÜ (“PV0T,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17468061). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
2. The Service
PV0T is a productivity and workspace platform that lets you track tasks, take notes, collaborate with a team, and use FLCRUM, our built-in AI assistant. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. We check this against the date of birth you provide, at signup and if you later change it.
- You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are shown at checkout, calculated based on your location, and — where applicable — include VAT or other transaction taxes (Privacy Policy, Section 7.1).
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel first.
- If you change plans, any price difference is applied to your next invoice.
- Payments are processed by Polar; by subscribing, you also agree to Polar’s own terms governing the payment itself.
- You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing settings. You’ll keep access to paid features through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
4.1 Your right to withdraw (EU consumers)
If you’re a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, and receive a full refund.
If you ask us to start providing the Service immediately and confirm you understand you’ll lose this right once the Service has been fully performed, your right to withdraw ends once that performance is complete. Otherwise, it lasts 14 days from your purchase.
4.2 Refunds
Except as set out in Section 4.1 or required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable.
4.3 Data processing for Organizations
If you use the Service as part of an Organization or Workspace with other members, our Data Processing Addendum governs our processing of your Organization’s members’ personal data on your behalf, and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited communications.
- Harass, threaten, or dox other users.
- Post hate speech or infringe on someone else’s intellectual property.
- Attempt fraud, or otherwise use the Service unlawfully.
You can report violations of this section from within the Service. We may investigate reports, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Content and intellectual property
6.1 Your content
You own the content you create in PV0T — notes, pages, planner items, and anything else you upload or write. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. We don’t claim ownership of your content.
6.2 Our intellectual property
The Service itself — including its design, code, trademarks, and branding — belongs to PV0T. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to it beyond the limited right to use the Service as intended.
7. FLCRUM, our AI assistant
- FLCRUM’s responses are generated by an AI model and may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. Don’t rely on FLCRUM for professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise.
- FLCRUM can take actions in your account at your request (creating or deleting items, updating your calendar, managing workspace members, and similar). You’re responsible for reviewing what FLCRUM does on your behalf.
- See our Privacy Policy, Section 5, for what data FLCRUM processes and how.
8. Termination
- You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including the acceptable-use rules in Section 5. If we do, you can contact us to request a review of that decision.
- We may also suspend or terminate accounts where necessary to protect the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.
- If we terminate your account for a violation, you’re not entitled to a refund for the remaining subscription period.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited — including, for EU consumers, any mandatory protection under your local consumer law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence within the EU.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we’ll notify you by email or through the Service before it takes effect.
